Q. What is Inspire a Nation Business Mentoring?
A. We are a research, education, implementation, and mentoring company. Our primary client is the Insurance and Financial Services professional; however we work with a large amount of companies and organizations outside of the insurance industry.
Q. Who seems to get the best benefit from your company?
A. Business Owners that need a little hand holding, new agents or business owners, and business owners that are on a fairly small marketing budget but need to grow their business at the same rate as the "big dogs". We are very hands-on and step by step so we are true business mentors not just consultants.

Q. Why should I choose your company over other consultants or trainers in the industry?
A. First let me say there are some awesome consulting firms in the marketplace, and that we are not a good fit for every agent or business owner. Most of our clients are not millionaires, (yet!) are hands on in their businesses, and are on a limited marketing budget. They are not using technology as efficiently as they could, and probably need a little more attention and hand holding to get their business to the next level of growth.
We prove that an agent does not have to spend 1000's of dollars to grow a successful agency, but they will have to take control of their database, marketing, staff, etc., Many agents would rather pay someone else to do the work such as expensive lead sources, costly outside vendors, or let the carriers they represent control all of the information and marketing processes. We are not the mentoring company for those agents!
Our target business owner is one that wants to embrace new technology and low cost tools and processes to increase and enhance the sales, customer service, and retention process, not abdicate it. They want to build permanent processes that they own and control, not lease the processes until they run out of money and have to start over each time.
Our best success stories usually fall into one of two categories: they run their business everyday on a small budget, or they own multiple agencies and need uniformed, trackable, low cost processes to increase the efficiency of each office.
